Big 12 Championship Projected Team Points

Tournament rankings are produced by taking the individual rankings and assuming they equate to NCAA Championship placement and estimating the advancement and placement points (but ignoring potential bonus point scores).

For the second straight year Iowa State begins the preseason rankings on top of the conference. However, we all know how it ended in March. Oklahoma State ended up winning their eighth consecutive Big 12 tournament title. The Cowboys have massive upside with true freshman Dustin Plott and AJ Ferrari. If both live up to the hype, Oklahoma State will likely find themselves celebrating again in Tulsa.
