Andrew freaking Alirez. He's improved a lot since 2019 when Yahya Thomas defeated him in the UWW Junior finals and Bryce Meredith at the Dave Schultz. That was proven this weekend. McKenna wrestled very well at Senior Nationals; defeating Jaydin Eierman, Yahya Thomas, Chad Red, Nick Dardanes, Jaden Abas, and Kevon Davenport. Alirez was just better. Alirez can also match McKenna's second best win, #7 Evan Henderson, so he moves ahead and goes from unranked to #4.
