2020-21 Missouri High School Rankings

2020-21 Missouri High School Rankings: 126

COVID-19 has made it difficult to gauge the growth of the wrestlers, and the weights will more than likely change. Even if someone has wrestled in the summer, he will most likely be at a different weight in the future. Also, Missouri doesn’t release team classifications until the beginning of the season, so classes for teams and wrestlers could change. One big change is Class 1 powerhouse Whitfield will probably be moving up to Class 3 after winning the last four Class 1 titles and six of the last eight. All rankings are based on weights from last year.

2019 Junior Folkstyle All-American Korbin Shepard comes in at the top after winning a state title as a sophomore. He lost in the finals to #14 Little Rock recruit Khyler Brewer whom he had beaten previously.

Next is Princeton recruit and Fargo Freestyle AA Jacob Mann of Ladue, whose only three losses the last two years are to #13 Meyer Shapiro (MD), PA finalist Rocco Welsh, and current Little Rock starter Jayden Carson. Six former state champions fill out this weight class (Shepard, Mann, Faux, Ferrero, Bader, and Bahl).
