2020-21 New England High School Rankings: 182

Last year, Cory Grifka lost a heartbreaking quarterfinal match to eventual runner-up Sterling McLaughlin. However, after losing that match, he ran his way through the consolation bracket, only giving up two points in four matches: two pins, a major decision, and a 7-0 decision in the third-place match. 

A real sleeper here is Brendan Gilchrist of Norwalk. Although he did not make New Englands as a freshman, he had multiple in-state wins over Tyrell Jones, and another over John Summers, so he definitely deserves some recognition.
