2020-21 Michigan High School Rankings: 160

Buell, No. 76 on the Class of 2021 Big Board, captured his third Division 3 state championship last season, finishing 45-3. He won the Grappler Gold Invitational and was fourth in the Brecksville Holiday Tournament. Buell pinned two-time Iowa state champion Hayden Taylor in 54 seconds and decisioned two-time Minnesota state champion Chase Deblaere at the recent Midwest Ironman Duals.
