Another new #1, and this time it's a guy who's familiar with the top spot. Victor Voinovich is the man here after using two takedowns to come from behind against Jagger Condomitti.

Previously unranked Kamdyn Munro comes in at #9 with wins at the Grappler Fall Classic over RJ Weston and Nick Vafiadis. Those wins plus his past credentials allow him to make a big jump. Nick Sanko also beat Vafiadis and comes in at the #16 spot.
