Zelimkhan Khizriev moves up a spot after winning the Ivan Poddubny tournament with a 10-0 tech fall over Lkhagvagerel Munkhtur in the finals. Khizriev also defeated Soslan Khinchagov, Ostap Pasenok, and his bronze Anzor Khizriev (the match between the brothers was assuredly a fix). Though he did concede to his brother, Anzor Khizriev came back to win bronze with a win over Pasenok. Along with taking 5th, Pasenok defeated #11 Baldan Tsyzhipov and moves into the rankings for his efforts. 

Nick Gwiazdowski holds his spot in the top 20 after making the finals of the world team trials challenge tournament with wins over Christian Lance and Tony Cassioppi. A two-time world medalist, Gwiazdowski will look to make his fifth world team on June 3 against Hayden Zillmer.
