New to the rankings in the set is #20 Gadzhimurad Omarov (AZE). He took out formerly ranked #16 Ashraf Ashirov in their national tournament to earn his spot. Also from nationals tournaments - #18 Ali Savadkoui took home the title in Iran while #10 Arsalan Budazhapov won in Kyrgyzstan. Savadkoui, who beat Bahman Teymouri in the finals, will likely have to wrestle off 2021 world silver medalist #8 Mohammad Nokhodi for a chance to represent Iran at the Asian and/or World Championships.
