Abbas Foroutanrami winning the Yasar Dogu is the only result that produced changes in this round of rankings at 125kg. Foroutanrami moves into the rankings based on his win at the Dogu over formerly ranked Anil Kilicsallayan (TUR).

At the Ali Aliev, Zelimkhan Khizriev won his second straight gold medal when he pinned #13 Kamil Kosciolek in the finals. In May, Khizriev won the Yarygin over his younger brother Khamzat. Khamzat Khizriev remains unranked after he lost to #16 Yusup Batirumurzaev in the quarter-finals at the Aliev. Batirmurzaev would go on to take bronze after losing to older brother Zelimkhan. The other bronze medalist from the Aliev, Oleg Boltin, remains just on the outside of the top 20 after his down performance at the Poland Open and losing to Kosciolek at the Aliev.
