2020-21 International Rankings - Men's Freestyle

57 Zaur Uguev

Only two of the top 20 at 57 kg were in action at the Ali Aliev Tournament, and one suited up at the Yasar Dogu. Ramiz Gamzatov earned a gold medal and avenged a loss from earlier this year at the Yarygin to Musa Mekhtikhanov in the process. They faced each other in the quarterfinals and Gamzatov won via a 5-4 decision. Mekhtikhanov then went on to win his repechage match and took home a bronze medal.

Aryan Tsyutrin suffered defeat in the opening round of the Yasar Dogu and failed to place there. Sliding into the last spot as Tsuitrin falls out of the rankings is Iran's Ali Gholi Zadegan. He won the Yasar Dogu by defeating Bulgaria's Olympian, Georgi Vangelov and had 3 other controlling wins on his way to gold.
