National #3 at 182, Luke Stout, had only two losses last year and both were to now Penn State grappler, Carter Starocci, so he’ll be poised to step into the “Top Dawg” role at 182. There are another 11 state qualifiers back at this weight to add plenty of depth behind him with Milano, Mousaw, and Falcone looking to return to the podium in “Chocolate-town.”
