The top guys here are among the top guys in the country. Kibe beat Ulrey in the state finals leaving him as the top returner, but #4 nationally at 170 just avenged that loss to #7 at 170, Kibe in the Super 32 finals, so you take your pick. Blumer is also nationally ranked at 160 (#16) and all the way down as the fourteenth best returner at this weight is Mac Stout after an impressive offseason. With six of the eight place winners returning there are only essentially two spots up for grabs with plenty of accomplished guys looking to etch their name in history.
