2019-20 Pennsylvania High School Rankings - AA

PIAA: AA 113-Pounds

Sheldon Seymour competed the Super 32 at 113, and I look for him to defend his title at 113. I look for his top contender to be returning PIAA state runner-up Kole Biscoe of Southern Columbia, should he return to this weight class. Returning state sixth-place finisher at 106, Gavin Bradley of Athens, and seventh-place finisher Connor Pierce of Harbor Creek will be names to challenge Seymour for gold. Incoming freshman Andrew Christie of Hanover had an impressive outing at the second annual PA POWER Surge in early November, falling in the finals to the #1 P4P junior high wrestling in the country, Mason Gibson of Forest Hills.

I hope you enjoy reading and critiquing the 2019-20 first official rankings for PA. This is the post-preseason, pre-regular season rankings. With results compiled from most of the offseason and preseason tournaments, we were able to have a more accurate and up to date ranking to reflect the upcoming season. With just under a month until the opening weekend of competition, excitement is mounting across the state. Once again, enjoy and please let me know if there are any questions/comments and I’ll be happy to interact with feedback/changes.
