Things were relatively calm in the top half of the rankings. Fogarty drops some after his loss to Bullard, who conversely moves up several rungs. Shayne Oster bulked up from 149 last season and gets in the rankings after a win over Philip Conigliaro. 

Keller swaps places with Kiussis after beating him in a dual meet. Ricky Padilla also snags the last spot, pushing out Ricky Stamm and Dan Braunagel who both took losses to unranked wrestlers.
