NCAA Rankings 2018-19

157 Jason Nolf

Virginia Tech's BC LaPrade upset Larry Early just a few miles away from Early's home campus of ODU. Early scored one of the biggest upsets of the season when he beat Hayden Hidlay back in autumn but has now himself been upset in consecutive weeks. That his opponents, LaPrade and Logan Parks, are moving up in the rankings helps soften Early's descent.

In other craziness emanating from the Virginia Duals, Christian Pagdialo followed up his big win over Alec Pantaleo by dropping two bouts to Justin Thomas of Oklahoma and Jake Keating of Virginia, both unranked.

And in non-VA Duals related news, Jarrett Jacques defeated Zac Carson and Luke Weber of North Dakota State beat Taleb Rahmani. The bottom half of 157 is anything but clear, so expect plenty more movement as the season continues.
