NCAA Rankings 2018-19

Nolf Clap

We've taken last year's pound-for-pound rankings, which put more weight on historical results than our regular weight-class rankings, and removed the seniors, leaving space to add seven new names to the list.

Some, like three-time All-American Anthony Ashnualt, are making a return to the rankings after a long absence. Others, like 2018 NCAA finalists Hayden Hidlay, are making their first appearance. Hidlay's one loss the entire season was to Nolf, our P4P #1, earning Hayden the #11 spot entering his sophomore season of eligibility.

One slight adjustment from Seth Gross getting a bump over Yianni Diakomihalis. Gross going undefeated on the season except for bumping up for his supermatch with Bryce Meredith at 141 was enough to get the nod over Yianni, who suffered a regular season loss to Jaydin Eierman.

149 gets three big names on the P4P board, filling the void left by Zain Retherford's departure. Two third-place finishers in Evan Wick and Myles Amine round out our top 20.
