O'Toole moves up and gets the title in fine fashion. He had five falls overall and has now competed at three different weights since Akron.
Whitaker beat Lovett and Vulakh, both who had great tourneys. Lovett beat Schwartzkopf.
Mayora had a bad tournament, losing to Wick and an unranked to DNP.
