EIWA Rankings 2017-18

Ranked: The EIWA Top 8 197-Pounders

Thirteenth-ranked Steban Cervantes, No. 14 Frank Mattiace, No. 15 Tom Sleigh, and No. 20 Jeric Kasunic are all ranked nationally and start the conference rankings in that order. Like several other weights in the EIWA, there is a plethora of talent waiting outside the top four. A big question mark here is who wrestles for Cornell? Will it be Ben Honis, Ben Darmstadt, or Jacob Anderson who wins the starting spot? Our educated guess is to go with Darmstadt, but that probably won't be ultimately settled until the EIWA tournament. Rocco Caywood had some big wins last year and is good position to move up the rankings during the season.
