149: Zain Stays No. 1 After Checking Upstart Ryan Deakin
Ryan Deakin put on an impressive performance at the Keystone Classic, but Zain Retherford checked him in the finals and maintains his stranglehold at No. 1.
Solomon Chishko continued his excellent junior season with a win over Justin Oliver, with whom he switches places in the rankings.
After that things get messy. Matt Zovistoski lost to Matthew Ontiveros and drops four spots. Jarrett Degen beat Davion Jeffries at the Wolfpack Open, causing Jeffries to fall three spots and allowing Degen to make his top 20 debut. Jeffries beat Grant Leeth at the Wolfpack Open, however, so the Sooner stays ahead of the Missouri Tiger.
