61 KG Magomedrasul Idrisov (RUS)

Winning Russian Nationals and the Ziolkowski allowed 2018 U23 champ Idrisov to claim the top spot. 2019 U23 champ Abasgadzhi Magomedov won the Stepan Sargsyan at 61kg and claims the #3 spot up a weight class from where he competed at the 2019 Ivan Yariguin. 

Ferzaliev beat Bogomoev at Russian Nationals to move up to #9. Bogo also lost to Takhtarov at RusNats in Sochi, and falls all the way to #9.

Yakhkeshi won the Sassri and placed third in Tblisi to claim the #16 spot. Tyler Graff's victories over Joe Colon at Final X and Vladimir Egorov at the Medved earned him #19 spot.
