Because of this, Ali Aliev champ #3 Magomed Ramazanov (RUS) moves up one spot to take the #2 spot behind reigning world champ #1 Kyle Dake (USA), who is awaiting his wrestle-off with #4 Alex Dieringer (USA) to determine who will represent the United States in Nursultan. 

U-23 world champ Nika Kentchadze (GEO) moves up two spots due to #17 due to former #18 Amkhad Tashukhadzhiev (RUS) losing in the junior European finals to 2018 74 KG junior world runner-up Abubakar Abakarov (AZE). 

2018 74 KG Junior world runner-up Abubakar Abakarov (AZE) debuts in the rankings at #19 after beating #18 Amkhad Tashukhadzhiev (RUS) in the junior European finals.
