#5 Magomedrasul Idrisov (RUS) lost in the 65 KG finals of the Sassari tournament to UR Sonba Gongane (IND). For this Idrisov drops two spots to #7 in the rankings while Gongane debuts in the rankings at #17. 

#1 Alexander Bogomoev (RUS) defended his top ranking by defeating 2018 world bronze medalist Tuvshintulga Tumenbileg (MGL) in the finals of the president cup of Buryatia. 

#13 Ulukbek Zholdoshbekov (KGZ) topped #8 Nurislam Sanayev (KAZ) in the Kaba Uulu Kozhumkul tournament finals to move up four spots in the rankings to #9 while the 57 KG world runner-up Sanayev drops two spots to #10. 

Tyler Graff (USA) beat seventeenth ranked 2018 world bronze medalist Joe Colon (USA) in a three-match series at Final X. Because of this, Colon falls out of the rankings and Graff’s wins over Colon showed great poise, smart leg attacks, and a potent leg lace but he doesn’t quite have the international resume yet to warrant a spot in the rankings.
