Christian Castillo is from Glendale, Arizona who, as a middle schooler, earned runner-up status in the 2021 Fargo U16 freestyle bracket at 100 pounds. Castillo is also known for winning the prestigious  World of Wrestling Kickoff Classic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, defeating Super 32 Champion Noah Ninniger in the process.
