Final X 2025 concluded in spectacular fashion as the USA Wrestling World Team was finalized for the 2025 Senior World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia.

2024 Olympic silver medalist is set to take on Olympic Trials third-place finisher Luke Lilledahl this Saturday at Final X.

Final X is the final step in USA Wrestling’s World Team Trials process for men’s and women’s freestyle. Win two matches in the best-of-three series and you will represent Team USA at the 2025 World Championships in Zagreb, Croatia. The Greco-Roman World Team was set at the US Open in April.

The US Open is bringing the most talented wrestlers from across the country to Las Vegas, and that includes many the best NCAA D1 athletes, graduates and recruits.

This season's Penn State Nittany Lion wrestling program is doing its best not to be eclipsed by last season's record-smashing national championship squad. The program is 7-0 in dual meets and won the team trophy at the Black Knight Invitational back in November.
