
A native of Selma, California, Figueroa has quickly become a household name in both high school and freestyle wrestling. Figueroa's success in wrestling can be traced back to his 2009 bantam titles at the CVCA Selma Bear Brawls, and Central East Grizzly Invitational. Figueroa's gone on to more national prominence since then winning the Flo Kickoff classic in 2015, the 2015 Super 32 middle school championships, and the 2016 Flo Reno Worlds. Figueroa won a CAUSA folkstyle state championship in 2013, 2015, and 2016 and has won the SCWAY state championship four times. Figueroa made his high school debut for Selma in the 2017-2018 season winning a California state title as a freshman.
