Pantaleo was a legacy wrestler in Ann Arbor Michigan following in the footsteps of his uncle Joe Pantaleo en route to becoming a three time All-American for the Wolverines. A native of Canton, MI, Pantaleo finished sixth, fifth, and third in three of his four trips to the NCAA championships.
