After starting his MMA career 3-0 in The Legacy Fighting Alliance, 2X NCAA finalist Bryce Meredith will be making the move to Bellator. The news was first announced by Bellator public relations and then confirmed by Meredith.

The seven former collegiate athletes in the FloWrestling 150-Pound 8-Man Challenge have used up all their NCAA eligibility, and are thus able to rake in the filthy lucre up for grabs at the event. Those collegiate careers were quite impressive, however, and deserve a little extra shine before the wrestlers take the mat on Friday with nearly $60,000 in total prize money on the line.

On Friday, December 18, eight of the toughest 150-pounders around will collide in a tournament with nearly $60,000 in total payouts where the winner takes home a $25,000 check. The event is made even better by two incredible women's matches: Jacarra Winchester vs Lauren Louive and Amy Fearnside vs Tiare Ikei. Here's everything you need to know.

While some of the 150-lb 8-Man competitors are quite familiar with each other, a lot of first-time matchups could go down. Below is a list, in order of seed, with each athlete's overall record against their competition and each individual record. A * next to a name/record indicates the match was in folkstyle.

Bajrang Punia, James Green, Jordan Oliver, Evan Henderson, Anthony Ashnault, Alec Pantaleo, Bryce Meredith, and Pat Lugo will do battle in an eight-man bracket with $25,000 going to the winner, $15,000 to the runner-up, $10,000 to the third-place finisher, $5,000 to the fourth-place finisher, and $1,000 to the first-round losers.

We've known the eight competitors who will be putting it on the line for the chance to win $25,000 on December 18th, but now we officially know the bracket as well!
