Real Woods’ journey to Stanford is an unlikely one. The Albuquerque, New Mexico native left his home for Illinois in hopes of having the athletic and academic success to achieve his dream: wrestle for Stanford University.
Real accomplished his goal and is currently a standout student-athlete at Stanford, which recently announced its intention to drop a number of athletic programs following this season, including its storied wrestling program.
