How many duals are there this weekend? I'm exhausted just thinking about it. There's enough rad duals here on FloWrestling alone to occupy every waking second of your weekend. I will walk you through your weekend D1 dual meet bonanza below.
All listed times are Eastern, thanks to SHP for the sched.
Friday, Jan. 11
Virginia Duals
#9 Arizona State, Chattanooga, Kent State, Lock Haven, Oklahoma, Old Dominion, Virginia and #16 Virginia Tech.
Our friend Jason Bryant runs one of the Commonwealth's raddest tournaments. You can begin your weekend wrestling odyssey at 9 a.m. thanks to him. All the info you need to know regarding this dual meet bonanza can be found here.
Cleveland State at Rider, 2 p.m.
An intra-EWL rivalry happens in Jersey. Watch here with an ESPN+ subscription.
Brown at Davidson, 3 p.m.
One of North Carolina's seven D1 programs hosts Rhode Island's only D1 team, streamed on Davidson All-Access.
Maryland at Purdue, 6 p.m.
Coming to you live on your nearest cable-enabled television, specifically one that has the Big Ten Network. Also streamed on BTN2Go.
Edinboro at Bloomsburg, 7 p.m.
PSAC and EWL rivals face off, streamed here.
#2 Ohio State at Indiana, 7 p.m.
The Buckeyes and the Hoosiers will wrestle in Bloomington. Indiana has no one in the top 20 at the moment but first-year head coach Angel Escobedo has tough outs at every weight class, and we should see competitive bouts at many weights.
Bucknell at Lehigh, 7 p.m.
157: #11 Zach Hartman, Bucknell vs. #19 Josh Humphreys, Lehigh
Ancient Patriot League and Pennsylvanian rivals meet again in Bethlehem. The Patriot League Network should carry it.
#14 Illinois at Michigan State, 7 p.m.
125: #14 Travis Piotrowski, Illinois vs. #8 Rayvon Foley, Michigan State
184: #2 Emery Parker, Illinois vs. #20 Cameron Caffey, Michigan State
A rejuvenated Sparty hosts the Illini that features a top 20 matchup of national qualifiers at 125.
#12 Missouri at Ohio, 7 p.m.
157: #18 Jarrett Jacques, Missouri vs. #16 Zac Carson, Ohio
ESPN+ will stream this thin slice of MACTION.
North Carolina at #10 Princeton, 7 p.m.
149: #6 Austin O'Connor, UNC vs. #1 Matt Kolodzik, Princeton
AOC vs Kolodzilla is a huge match that you can watch on ESPN+.
Drexel at Rider, 7 p.m.
165: #14 Ebed Jarrell, Drexel vs. #19 Jesse Dellavecchia, Rider
Two neighboring East Coast private schools wrestle on ESPN+.
#18 Wisconsin at #13 Rutgers, 7 p.m.
149: #13 Cole Martin, Wisconsin vs. #2 Anthony Ashnault, Rutgers
It's the start of a big weekend in Piscataway. Rutgers will host the first of two top 20 opponents Friday night in the RAC, a venue that will also host one of the two Final X locations this summer just by the way.
#1 Penn State at #11 Northwestern, 8 p.m.
157: #1 Jason Nolf, Penn State vs. #3 Ryan Deakin, Northwestern
174: #1 Mark Hall, Penn State vs. #14 Johnny Sebastian, Northwestern
285: #4 Anthony Cassar, Penn State vs. #18 Conan Jennings, Northwestern
Will Deakin give Nolf a match? If the Wildcat can keep it to a margin of 11 or less he will give the Hodge Trophy contender his toughest match of the season.
#19 Northern Iowa at #20 South Dakota State, 8 p.m.
149: #9 Max Thomsen, UNI vs. #20 Henry Pohlmeyer, SDSU
Two top 25 team finishers from the 2018 NCAAs battle in Brookings, South Dakota. I hope you aren't getting fatigued from your fifth dual meet of the day, because there is way more wrestling you need to watch this weekend.
Buffalo at Southern Illinois Edwardsville, 8 p.m.
More MACTION coming your way, which SIUE will stream here.
Oregon State at Northern Colorado, 9 p.m.
This dual appears to be hosted by Pluto TV. I believe you will find it on the Big Sky Conference channel. I'm not entirely sure how Pluto TV works but it looks like you just click on stuff and it starts playing? So, that's nice.
CSU Bakersfield at Cal Poly, 10 p.m.
Although they both compete in the Pac-12 as affiliate members for wrestling, CSUB is a formal member of the Western Athletic Conference, and Cal Poly is a formal member of the Big West. Folks, these two schools are definitely not in the East. You can watch their dual here.
Saturday, Jan. 12
Virginia Duals
#9 Arizona State, Chattanooga, Kent State, Lock Haven, Oklahoma, Old Dominion, Virginia and #16 Virginia Tech.
The conclusion of the grandest tourney in the land of sic semper tyrannis, held in the Hampton Coliseum, not far from where these United States secured lasting peace and independence from the dastardly Hanoverian King George III. Click here to put a sword through the heart of vile tyrants and learn more.
Franklin & Marshall vs. Gardner-Webb, 12 p.m. | Campbell vs. Franklin & Marshall, 2 p.m.
St. Christopher's School in Richmond, VA will host these two duals. No stream available as far as I can tell. Not sure why St. Christopher's is hosting either, but it seems lovely and Richmond is a fun town to visit and here's as good excuse as any to drop in and check the place out if you don't live to far.
#4 Oklahoma State at #10 Princeton, 1 p.m.
125: #4 Nick Piccininni, OSU vs. #12 Pat Glory, Princeton
149: #5 Kaden Gfeller, OSU vs. #1 Matt Kolodzik
197: #13 Dakota Geer, OSU vs. #3 Pat Brucki
Watch this dual on ESPN+ if you like awesome wrestling and also the color orange.
Harvard vs. Utah Valley, 1:30 p.m.
This one is at Stanford as part of a tri-meet but I'm not sure this one is getting streamed like the two. If it is though it will be here.
#15 Cornell at Lehigh, 2 p.m.
Lehigh's been really unlucky with injuries lately, just as Cornell is starting to put all their pieces together, but you can still bet on this classic EIWA rivalry to deliver. Catch it on the Patriot League Network.
Brown at #6 North Carolina State, 3 p.m.
ACC NETWORK EXTRA controls the video of this dual which I believe means you can view on ESPN3 with a cable subscription to ESPN.
Utah Valley at Stanford, 3 p.m.
Part of the aforementioned tri-meet, streamed here.
Harvard at Stanford, 4:30 p.m.
Pittsburgh at North Dakota State, 5 p.m.
133: #4 Micky Phillippi, Pitt vs. #19 Cam Sykora, ND State
Seven ranked wrestlers are expected to tussle in Fargo. Sykora just took #9 Austin Gomez into overtime. Can he pull off the upset this time over Phillippi? There's only one way to find out! Live that is. Obviously you can just wait for the results, but you know what I mean.
Columbia at American, 7 p.m.
You should be able to catch this one on the Stadium Plus. I can't find a direct link but if you look on this page and filter by school for American, an option for this dual will show up.
Brown at Duke, 7 p.m.
Like the NC State duals, this should be on ESPN3 as long as you have a cable subscription. No direct link yet but ESPN's search function seems to work all right.
#14 Illinois at #5 Michigan, 7 p.m.
125: #14 Travis Piotrowski, Illinois vs. #11 Drew Mattin, Michigan
133: #20 Dylan Duncan, Illinois vs. #3 Stevan Micic, Michigan
141: #5 Mike Carr, Illinois vs. #6 Kanen Storr, Michigan
157: #12 Eric Barone, Illinois vs. #14 Alec Pantaleo, Michigan
165: #17 Joey Gunther, Illinois vs. #7 Logan Massa, Michigan
The Illinois-Michigan football rivalry doesn't play for a special trophy or have a special name, even though so many other Big Ten rivalries do. Maybe it's time they two programs start one for wrestling? Let's make this the inaugural match of the official rivalry, why not?
What's a good name for it? Maybe some student can think of something. I don't even mind if it's slightly south of PG-13. In fact, I encourage it. Please, do your worst.
Edinboro at Rider, 7 p.m.
The Scots will try to tame the Broncs, live on ESPN+.
#19 Northern Iowa at #7 Nebraska, 8 p.m.
141: #10 Josh Alber, UNI vs. #20 Chad Red, Nebraska
165: #12 Bryce Steiert, UNI vs. #6 Isaiah White, Nebraska
174: #8 Taylor Lujan, UNI vs. #9 Mikey Labriola, Nebraska
184: #5 Drew Foster, UNI vs. #4 Taylor Venz, Nebraska
As our own Willie Saylor mentioned on his favorite social medium, this dual is "low-key fire." Why would you even dream of missing this low-key fire???
Sunday, Jan. 13
Hofstra at American, 12 p.m.
Another Patriot League hosted dual, which can be viewed on Stadium Plus.
The Citadel at George Mason, 12 p.m.
George Mason has this dual queued up on its All-Access Network here.
West Virginia at #6 North Carolina State, 1 p.m.
More ACC NETWORK EXTRA content that ESPN cable channel subscribers can enjoy.
Drexel at Penn, 1 p.m.
ESPN+ is your ticket to watch this dual between Philadelphia neighbors and co-hosts of the Philadelphia Regional Training Center.
Speaking of the P-RTC, clips of Richard Perry continuing his remarkable rehab cannot be shared enough, so here's another one right now.
Thankful for his fight + perseverance ❤️ thankful for Gods faithfulness + grace ?? thankful for the wrestling communitys support #overcomer #perrystrong pic.twitter.com/LeW5thp48O

#18 Wisconsin at #1 Penn State, 1 p.m.
141: #16 Tristan Moran, Wisconsin vs. #4 Nick Lee, Penn State
149: #13 Cole Martin, Wisconsin vs. #10 Brady Berge, Penn State
165: #3 Evan Wick, Wisconsin vs #1 Vincenzo Joseph, Penn State
174: #10 Ryan Christensen, Wisconsin vs. #1 Mark Hall, Penn State
285: #9 Trent Hillger, Wisconsin vs. #4 Anthony Cassar, Penn State
This may be one of the best Penn State team in history. Me writing copy to hype up this event is a waste of time right? What else could I possibly tell you?
The results are in!
What should be this week's @FloWrestling DUAL OF THE CENTURY... OF THE WEEK?
— Jaroslav Hasek (@SpeyWrestle) January 10, 2019
Your FloWrestling DUAL OF THE CENTURY... OF THE WEEK
#4 Oklahoma State at #13 Rutgers, 1 p.m.
133: #6 Daton Fix, Oklahoma State vs. #2 Nick Suriano, Rutgers
149: #5 Kaden Gfeller, Oklahoma State vs. #2 Anthony Ashnault, Rutgers
184: #11 Jacobe Smith, Oklahoma State vs. #16 Nick Gravina, Rutgers
FloWrestling will be well represented in Garden State, as evidenced by the below tweet.
Must be something BIG brewing in New Brunswick on Sunday for all these @FloWrestling heavy hitters to be in attendance! @RUWrestling vs @CowboyWrestling @SpeyWrestle @MarkSBader @WillieAtFLO @Mr_RHolmes @JoeKania3 pic.twitter.com/pLLbfJdAjI

Appalachian State at VMI, 1 p.m.
VMI athletes are called Keydets, but also Runnin' Roos, because schools in Virginia love having multiple nicknames. As such, VMI sporting events are streaming on the stupendously named Roo Tube.
#3 Iowa at #8 Minnesota, 1 p.m.
125: #2 Spencer Lee, Iowa vs. #7 Sean Russell, Minn
133: #10 Austin DeSanto, Iowa vs. #8 Ethan Lizak, Minn
141: #19 Max Murin, Iowa vs. #7 Mitch McKee, Minn
149: #16 Pat Lugo, Iowa vs. #19 Tommy Thorn, Minn
157: #6 Kaleb Young, Iowa vs. #9 Steve Bleise, Minn
No big deal, just that half of the matchups are expected to be between top 20 wrestlers. Watch this blockbuster on the nearest big screen hooked up to cable or stream it on BTN2Go.
Binghamton at Army West Point, 2 p.m.
Army is in the EIWA for wrestling and the Patriot League for most other sports, so check Stadium to catch this dual.
Bloomsburg at Clarion, 2 p.m.
EWL dual meet is in full swing. Catch this matchup here.
Maryland at Indiana, 2 p.m.
Don't sleep on the Terps and Hoosiers when Big Ten Tournament seeds are on the line.
Southern Illinois Edwardsville at Northern Illinois, 2 p.m.
A battle for the control of the center of Illinois!
Michigan State at #2 Ohio State, 2 p.m.
184: #20 Cameron Caffey, Michigan State vs. #1 Myles Martin, Ohio State
I hope you guys aren't running out of steam yet, there are still at least three more dual meets that you are legally required to watch.
Fresno State at Iowa State, 3 p.m.
149: #17 Khristian Olivas, Fresno State vs. #11 Jarrett Degen, Iowa State
Show off to all wrestling fan friends by casually mentioning that you are stoked to see if Jarrett Degen can rebound from a so-so Scuffle to cool off a red hot Khristian Olivas, who recently handled DII national champion Daxton Gordon of Cap Baptist. Yes, they will be very impressed if you say that to them. They will probably consider you the No. 1 wrestling fan they know if you do, and defer to you in all wrestling related conversations in the future.
Pittsburgh at #20 South Dakota State, 3 p.m.
The Panthers continue their tour of the Dakotas, this time in the one they call South. You're in the home stretch now, so savor the wrestling because the weekend's almost over.
Oregon State at Wyoming, 4 p.m.
125: #3 Ronnie Bresser, Oregon State vs. #17 Cole Verner, Wyoming
Your last dual meet on FloWrestling. Which just means it's now time to dig into the archives and continuing watching wrestling. Yes, the wonders of technology never stops delivering the goods.
Hofstra at Navy, 5 p.m.
Could be on the Patriot League Network on Stadium. Or not. Who knows, life is full of mysteries!
