Day 2 of the NHSCA Duals in Virginia Beach, VA, is going to quickly get out of hand with the crazy amount of talent on the docket. Here’s a breakdown of when some of the best teams at the Virginia Beach Convention Center are going to be throwing down Sunday.

Starting at 8 AM ET

Team Shutt

Everyone, especially Ohio State fans, should tune in at 8 AM Sunday to watch the star-studded Team Shutt and future Buckeye Jordan Decatur. Also, keep in mind that once they finish the first dual against Dungeon Training Center, they'll roll right into their next match, provided their opponent is ready. Mats aren't being held if both teams in the pool are ready to go, so be prepared for the second and third matches to begin earlier than their scheduled start times on all mats.

Young Guns Black

Perennial powerhouse Young Guns will look to put themselves in position to make their sixth straight NHSCA National Duals final. To do that they have to get past Outkast Wrestling, starting at 8 AM. Watch to see if Virginia's next middleweight stud, Justin McCoy, can help Young Guns get it done once again.

Scorpions Reunion

The Scorpions squad is stacked and looking sharp this year, especially the newest Rutgers recruit, Jojo Aragona. Jojo and the Scorpions get after it bright and early Sunday, so you Scarlett Knight fans make sure you’re up to see them start when they face off against Team Nauman-Matt Tory.

South Florida Lightning/CFWA

When coach Mike Palazzo travels around the country, he always brings a tough squad with him, and it's no different here at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The squad is young but will be led into battle by Senior Penn commit, Ben Goldin, against Shore Thing Liberty on Sunday morning.

Starting at 12:30 PM ET

Team Kong United

I guess if you are the two-time defending champions you get to sleep in because Team Kong United will have a 12:30 PM start against Contender Elite Legend, which lost 69-0 to Young Guns Black. Penn State fans in the area should make it down and get an early look at their future stud, Adam Busiello.
