What 2 Watch 4: Thanksgiving Food Coma Edition

The slate is relatively light this weekend, giving fans ample opportunities to pull themselves out of their turkey-induced hangovers.

However, there are still a few excellent duals on the schedule and enough wrestling to satisfy our post-Thanksgiving cranberry-fogged and gravy-soaked brains.

FRIDAY, NOV. 24

No. 19 Rider at No. 10 Iowa, 8 PM ET

The Broncs and Hawkeyes had to go easy on the portions Thursday in order to ensure they made weight today. But their sacrifice is our gain, as this early-season top 20 matchup is loaded with talent. There is also a heavy dose of intrigue surrounding Iowa's lineup. Does Hawkeyes coach Tom Brands pull Spencer Lee's redshirt now? Is Alex Marinelli healthy enough to go? What about Jacob Warner? Fix yourself a leftover turkey sandwich and get comfortable as we will soon find out!

Iowa is handling the stream for this dual, but we'll have live updates free on FloWrestling.

Potential ranked matchups:

157: No. 8 BJ Clagon, Rider vs. No. 3 Michael Kemerer, Iowa

165: No. 6 Chad Walsh, Rider vs. No. 14 Alex Marinelli, Iowa

SATURDAY, NOV. 25

No. 13 Nebraska at West Virginia, 1 PM ET

No. 6 Missouri at No. 8 Virginia Tech, 6 PM

A total of 12 top 20 wrestlers could take the mats in the only dual between top 10 teams this weekend. The headliner will be at 197, as No. 3 Willie Miklus will look to bounce back after his loss to Iowa freshman Jacob Warner by taking on No. 2 Jared Haught on his home turf.

You can stream the event on ESPN or follow along as we provide live updates on FloWrestling.

133: No. 9 John Erneste, Missouri vs. No. 13 Dennis Gustafson, Virginia Tech
