1 Day Out, Daton Fix Is Still Undecided

Josh Conklin Daton Fix

"Where's Daton going?" It's a question wrestling fans around the country have been asking for some time now.

On Wednesday, we'll all have our answer. The teams still in the running for Fix's services -- Penn State, Oklahoma State, Ohio State, North Carolina, and Nebraska -- have launched a full-court press for the Junior World bronze medalist and top-ranked 132-pounder. National Letters of Intent have been sent and are being evaluated by the Fixes.

Watch Daton Fix's signing day decision LIVE on FloWrestling at 2 PM CT on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Around a year ago, the prevailing thought among fans was that Fix would be heading to Oklahoma State. His father, Derek, wrestled there, and the Fixes' home in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, is just an hour from OSU's campus.

Since that time, there has been little to suggest Oklahoma State is the lock that fans viewed it as. At this point, Fix has still not made a decision and even his family is still in the dark as to which way he is leaning, according to his father.

While Derek Fix acknowledged Daton's decision is probably down to three or so schools, he didn't have an indication as to which team is in the driver's seat.

In less than a day, the wait will be over and Fix will announce his decision, live on FloWrestling.
