Another major recruit is off the table. New Jersey's Stephan Glasgow has verballed to Rutgers. Coach Goodale picks up Glasgow just as he starts his senior campaign at Bound Brook High School. Glasgow, a two time NJ state finalist, won his first state title as a junior.
Glasgow, the number 5 ranked 152 lber in the country, announced today that he will be spending his college days in New Brunswick. When asked what made him chose Rutgers over Edinboro, Rider, and Clarion Stephan said "I really wanted to be close to home for my entire family to watch me wrestle and stay. Rutgers is a great academic institution and the competition in the Big Ten is always tough."
When asked about the staff at RU Stephan had this to say. "I believe that I can be an NCAA champ and All American with Coach Prizlaff and Coach Goodale at the helm . Rutgers is doing big things and I want to be part of the that success."
