There are a few places that could stake a claim to the best wrestling venue in the country. Each of the venues have their own attributes that make the claim legitimate. The Snakepit at Lehigh has history and puts the spectators close to the action. West Gym at UNI has the same charm, Rec Hall is a nice blend of the intimate atmosphere and the thrill of wrestling in front of a large crowd. The ultimate large crowd venue is Carver Hawkeye Arena. The fans are knowledgeable and love to get behind their Hawkeyes. Whether your preference is the super crowd, or a bunch of fans packed in close to the mat, you have to love watching the sport in any of these venues.

Friday night fans will pack into Carver Hawkeye Arena, but they won’t be cheering on the Hawkeyes. Some future Hawkeyes will be there, but not the hometown Hawkeyes just yet.

Some of the premier high school wrestlers in the country will square off in Carver Hawkeye this Friday. Catch all the action live on FloWrestling starting at 7 PM CST.
