FloWrestler Of The Week: Frankie Gissendanner, FLWC
Pop & Flo gave us some pretty great match ups with some of the greatest up and coming stars.

But the one that flexed his muscle (literally) over the weekend was FLWC’s Frankie Gissendanner. Gissendanner recorded a perfect weekend, which included a pair of wins over New Jersey state champ Alec Donovan.

Despite being up at 152 for the Finger Lakes’ crew the New York freshman state champ didn’t slow down much. In his first battle with Donovan, the Iron Horse wrestler was able to slow down the powerfully quick youngster which resulted in a frustrating 2-1 overtime win for Gissendanner.

But the second time the two met, when their teams matched up in the semifinals, things went a bit differently. Frankie G rolled out to a 7-1 lead before locking up a cradle and pinning Donovan.

Coupled with the strong performances against a number of great opponents, Frankie Gissendanner is the FloWrestler of the Week.
