tOSU Takes Strength Training Seriously
Out of all the wrestling teams in the NCAA, it's pretty safe to say that Ohio State is always at the top of the heap when it comes to the strength category. FloWrestling's Mark Bader spent some time this past week catching up with the Buckeyes, and they were kind enough to allow us to film some of the best strength training in the NCAA.

It's Starts With A Good Warmup
One of the newest OSU team members, Joey McKenna, gets a good hard sweat going on a stationary bike to warm up. (WATCH VIDEO HERE)

The Essentials
Dustin Meyers is one of the best strength coaches in the biz. In this video, he runs you through five positions that every wrestler should be training in -- watch and learn. (CLICK HERE TO WATCH VIDEO)

"It's Not The Size Of The Dog In The Fight......
Top-ranked Nathan Tomasello will be making the descent from 133 to 125 this season but don't think that the weight loss will bring a loss of strength with it. Here you can see Nato pull 445lb off the ground with relative ease.

That's Science!
At Ohio State, strength training isn't simply chucking weight around. The Buckeyes also incorporate some pretty sophisticated science to measure the readiness of their athletes. (CHECK OUT THE VIDEO HERE)

Snyder's A Beast
Ever wonder how Kyle Snyder trains to push the best in the world around a wrestling mat? Wonder no longer.

Front Squats With The Boys
Kollin Moore, Bo Jordan, and Te'Shan Campbell front squat and then throw in a few other core exercises to round things out. (WATCH HERE)

Did We Mention Snyder Is ...... A BEAST!
Kyle Snyder puts 167.5 lbs on the bar and curls it. Why? Because he can.

Short Circuits
Heavy lifts are great, but body weight exercises thrown in a circuit with light weight-high rep movements can really help to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. NCAA finalist Bo Jordan puts in some extra circuit work in, what looks like, an empty room. (WATCH HERE)
