The last time that Victoria Anthony wrestled Yuki Irie she was a completely different athlete. The two met in the semifinals of the NYAC Invitational in 2013 and Anthony was defensive and reactionary. That is not the case anymore. She has added a few weapons to her arsenal, namely an inside trip from just about anywhere. 



Yukie Irie has been on what looks like a bit of a hiatus from the sport, the last major competition being the 2016 Yarygin, while Anthony is coming off the heels of an extremely impressive world team trials win in Las Vegas.  All this stacks up to Anthony coming out guns blazing tonight in Times Square.
