2017 61kg World Champion Logan Stieber will, once again, be wrestling in the Beat The Streets All-Star event taking place in Times Square this Wednesday afternoon.

You would think since he is a World Champion Stieber would probably have an easy match at Beat The Streets, but quite the contrary. Stieber will be taking on Japan's Shingo Arimoto. While Arimoto did not bring home a World medal, he did wrestle in the World Championships last year at 61kg for Japan.

What makes me think this guy can wrestle with Logan?

While two have never met, they do have a common opponent in Beka Lomtadze of Georgia.

Logan Stieber beat Beka Lomtadze in the 2017 World Championship Gold medal match and won by a score of 8-4.

Shingo Arimoto wrestled Lomtadze at the 2015 Golden Grand Prix and defeated the Georgian by a score of 10-5 and displayed some amazing skills in the process.

I particularly love the exchange that takes place beginning at the 1:16 mark into the video where Arimoto hits a single leg to a cutback for four points, immediately followed by a strong reversal by Lamtadze.

You can actually see Logan Stieber in the background of this video wearing a red shirt and watching along as Arimoto and Lomtadze wrestle.

This Wednesday Logan Stieber will certainly be the favorite to win at 61kg, but stay awake to the fact that his Japanese opponent is a strong one and Logan will need to wrestle a strong match to come out on top.

Catch all of the action from Beat The Streets LIVE on FloWrestling this Wednesday starting at 3:00pm EST with the main event of Team USA vs Team Japan taking place at 6:00pm EST.
