Day two of the Golden Grand Prix starts at 1 a.m. EST on Friday, November 25th. The men finished 6-9 overall, with the only medal coming from Alan Waters at 61kg. Below are the brackets for the women; there are no Americans at 60kg, 63kg or 75kg.

Victoria Anthony starts off with Shafag Muradzade (AZE), whose last competition was the 2015 Golden Grand Prix. She twice represented Azerbaijan at the junior world championships. Anthony is coming off a Bill Farrell title and could have Olympic bronze medalist Sun Yanan of China in her quarterfinal match.

Whitney Conder sees herself on the bottom side against Natalya Malysheva of Russia. Malysheva just helped the Russians win the European Nations Cup and was the U23 Euro champ at this weight. Conder and Malysheva both competed in the 2014 and 2015 world championships, but did not face each other. Conder was second at the non-Olympic weight world team trials a couple weekends ago.

Fresh off making her first senior world team, Sarah Hildebrandt has a short turnaround here at the Golden Grand Prix. She opens in a fun quarter of the bracket with Katarzyna Krawczyk (POL). The two were in the same brackets at last year's GGP, as well as this year's Klippan Open but did not meet. Krawczyk was Poland's 53kg Olympian and was second at 55kg at the World Military Championships in September. The winner could see junior and University bronze medalist Ramona Galambos (HUN).

Tamyra Mensah starts off with Yudaris Sanchez Rodriguez, a Cuban who pinned her in the bronze medal match at the Pan Am Olympic qualifier. Her quarterfinal opponent could be Elis Manolova, a junior world bronze medalist this year.
