O.K. THIS WAS NOT THE BEST MATCH I'VE SEEN. IT IS AMONG THE WORST.

Not even close to 2 at the end. Get a grip folks and learn about control. I can't believe that someone who has actually wrestled would think 2 there. I thought the ref should have waved off the 2 for Brandon in the first period. He should have held his call a bit (a good ref would have) to see how things worked out. He awarded 2 prematurely IMO.

i dont think either of them were any good. obviously decent being in the state finals, but neither could compete in a PA or OH NJ MI. thats a weak state finals

guys, that wasn't 2 at the end. Frazile didn't have complete control. kevin grabbed a leg like a smart wrestler would've to prevent a takedown. and i agree they do wrestle like 171 lbers, but they, it was a finals match.

I would like to see how Brandon, Florida would do against St. Eds, Ohio?

grajales might be good in region6 but no one else in the whokle state would esp kevin timothy none of them would even place at region 6. half the state champs come form there

could be the weakest celebration ive ever seen haha. i watched this on espn last nite i gotta hand it to kids like eric and joe they got some talent i dont think that team could come up to region 6 and do anything though

Yes Kevin was a California state champ in the middle school division and as a schoolboy in USA. He wrestled with the Vacaville wrestling club, the team that won Ca states last year and placed 7th this year.

Florida wrestling is easy

It's hard to be active against an opponent that is blocking and backing up the whole match.
I think Frazile's strategy must have to been to try and capitalize on a forced shot by Kevin. He had absolutley no offense so with Kevin making no mistakes there is no way he could win.

Not very good for a final match. I have seen Timothy much more active. Frazille stalled in almost all his matches when he was getting challanged. Had a match in the semis. where he called his own timeout for rest.Hate when kids do that. Should have been DQd.

wanting to do anything, the 171lb wrestlers were much more active.

The Charlotte wrestler backed up and blocked out for 4 1/2 minutes and no stalling was called. Both wrestlers were defensive in the 3rd period and the Brandon wrestler is hit with 2 stall calls in the less than 1 minute???? WRONG!!!
Definitely no takedown at the end. Final score should have been 3-1.
