Props to Uno - he came to wrestle and he wore Cunningham out, then flipped him!

Cunningham can be a decent DIII/NAIA wrestler in college if he cuts to 197 and gets on the weights more. He has to settle down and literally "learn how to wrestle". Good kid - he is capable of much more if he becomes a student of wrestling.

First, congrats to Uno on his will to win. He has lost to Cunningham several times in a row. Would have been easy to quit but he didn't. As far as Richie, he knows he had a mental lapse and will grow as a person from it. Don't blame coaching, or anything else. On this day, Uno was the better wrestler. And B. is right...Gug and Mason are the best!

dude gug and mason are the best coachs bar none , they did always tell him this, they've been telling him all year " if he had a mental lapse then he would lose the match' richie was constantly reminded of this , it wasnt the coaching it was all on richie

Richie always lets wrestlers go after taking them down and if he would hold them down and make them wrok hard to escape he would make them use up much energy so by the third period they would be gassed but instead he uses up more energy on the takedowns then they use fighting the takedowns off and by the third period they have more left in the tank a terrible job of coaching as he did this all year and had he made those he wrestled work off the bootom he would have been undefeated and won this match as well and his coaches should have coached him correctly on this poor habit.
