comment #18 was well put and i agree. some people just dont know wresters so they shouldnt talk. molinaro is known for being very quick, explosive, and normally dominates all his opponents on the mat. he went to high school at southern which is my neighboring town and i have been watching this kid wrestle since i was in 6th grade

wow seriously? that is so dumb to say. It isn't like he's the first person to wrestle low weights all four years. Some guys wrestle 103 all four! And until him was there a 4x champ in NJ? Nope. So that has nothing to do with it.

Molinero and Grey were two of NJ's finest wrestlers. They both are still fine collegiate wrestlers. Grey may not have been himself which happens time to time but in this match Molinero took it to him from the start to finish. He beat him in every position with good solid wrestling and was the stronger of the two. Molinero wrestled very well and if he keeps that up should be AA for Penn. Grey hopefully will be a 2x and will likely drop down.

Technically Grey was the best in highschool outside of winston. (caldwell was a 3xr lost freshman year in greys bracket took 4th) and only caldwell, burroughs and vallimont have achieved higher All-American status. i mean sure grey has had a very rocky start to this season but hes One for One to get on the podium at nationals so lets not count him out. its about the end of the year...

ohhh and i still like frank the tank more and i hope he ends up a 4x AA.

Interesting calls by the ref to say the least. Molinaro should probably abandon his version of leg riding, but he did wrestle well outside of that. With today's body bar results in, it looks as if Grey and the coaching staff have some evaluations about the rest of the season to make.

bad news for frank though, how many times has someone beaten mike twice. also freshman year caldwell was in the same weight and lost to mike so take him of that list. i don't think vallimont even made states his freshman year (and region 1 was down then).

I thought Mike Grey was staying at 141 this year and not going back down to 133
