just watched it again. russell is really something. id say hes about even with griffin, mb a bit better. honestly, this match could either way next time

response to bobby b: i think at the end of the first, kellen gets a takedown when griffin turned away on the edge of the mat, givin up both his ankles for an easy takedown. to me, that says, a good wrestler got frustrated. thats wut i think will not likely happen again. i definitely see griffin winning the next time around. russell is defensively savy but griffin is very, very experienced, has incredible coaching, and provided he doesnt get frusted next time around, which i suspect he wotn as this was a close mathc and with proper coaching (and realizing he needs to resort to othjer moves if his main move doesnt work-not trying it a thousand times), he will win. basically, he;ll wrestle smarter and he'll win. look at his matches with morgan for proof of what he is capable of and why.
