I understand that those practice shirts can be purchased from a great wrestling supplier called Worldwide Sport Supply. The website is http://www.wwsport.com. Give them a try!

I love the fact that there are hundreds of coaching styles that work if implemented correctly. This is completely different from my expereiences, but it is awesome. "1,2,3, big trouble..." I love it. Thanks for sharing Mike. It's easy to see why your kids have success.

Is there anyway to download this video?

I'm on dialup, so it's easier for me to download it once and then rewatch it, rather than having to leave it downloading every time i want to see a section again.

Sparty is an old disgruntled wrestler who Krause kicked off the team and is now just being annoying...Rock on Krause!
reply
Jason Seitz   May 30, 2007 at 2:53pm
Sparty you are such a pathetic little boy . What a coward you are. You keep on talking trash behind peoples backs. Here you have a guy that sincerely cares about the sport of wrestling and giving back to it, and then there is you. You do nothing for the sport so why dont you find yourself a new hobby punk. If you have such a problem with Mike, why is it that you only talk smack through your computer. Mike is easy to find I am sure he would like to discuss this with you in person. I hope this helps you find a way to resolve your issues.
reply
Sparty   May 30, 2007 at 11:36am
like i said. Krause is a heck of a coach. Then he speaks inappropraitely to the kids and gets high with them
