	Shane Conner March 23 at 10:25am LOL Garrett was fine. He just got out wrestled and Coach Meyer and Jerry worked hard on taking Garrett's slide by away. Jerry defenitely earned his win. Please dont give excuses for my son. He will learn from this loss like all the others and to lose last year to Gunnar Lay and Jerry Thornberry this year is not a bad resume when you think his losses are to two possible two time jh state champions. He has moved on and will have to adjust too the high school wrestling scene but in the end he will be fine. reply

We were at a tournament and he looked good and did not wear knee pads but in this video he has one on. I think he looked rusty in this one too. I hope he recovers and he will have a good high school career. To gut it through this tournament was a class act.” Awfully funny---Thornberry took three shots on that "bad knee" and Conner didn't so much as wince once. Sure looked fine to me. Thonrberry wrestled a better match by far. Congrats to Thornberry for not cowering because of his loss in their previous match up. How about just saying, “Nice job, Thornberry….Your shots were excellent and you wrestled well.”? reply
