No, HS rules for OB are different - as soon as each guy has a supporting point out then they are out. It is more conservative than college.

What is the out of bounds rule in high school wrestling? Is it the same as the college rule where both wrestlers are considered in bounds as long as at least one wrestler has any part of his body in bounds? Not only was the last call horrible but it seemed like the ref was too willing to give stalling points.

Kitzis' strategy apparently was to sit back and let Owens beat himself. Owens played right into it. You can't take bad shot after bad shot with no set up and expect to win the Beast.

This kid stalled his way to the finals and continued to stall in the final match. sure he has his nice shots and overall he's a pretty good wrestler, but did not deserve to be there in the first place. look at his match with mike g. he didnt do anything in the match.

premature call and by far blown call ......there was no full control both wrestlers were still in motion with there hips. Crappy way to lose in the finals and may make for a good Prep Final Championship rematch. Both are fine wrestlers
