if you guys actually watched it the stalling call was when mogg was on bottom. delgato wouldn't move up from holding his legs (stalling). and sure he might have taken 20 shots on mogg but they weren't full shots and the shots mogg took are the ones that counted.

Yeah this El Reno kid only knows how to stall. The referee did a horrible job.

Is it me or did Delgado take like 20 shots in the 1st period - no stalling. Mogg takes 2 shots in second period and stalling called against Delgado even though hes moving forward?????
