Good call with the nearside cradle. Elevate an put the "victim" on the table, then three posts. Very very good technique. JJ is right..most teach to bury the head in the hole which just means pushing the guy all over the mat. This gets near fall, then the pin. Why he's a 2X NCAA champ!

on the search engine type in "cradle techniques", its the first video that comes up. he describes it really well too.

this stuff is good but i'd like to see a technique tuesday on his set up to the cradle from his feet. he hit it a few times at nationals, once in the first period of the finals if i remember correctly. it's DIRTY

Man he used that well at the nationals this year. He would get in some of the strangest positions and before you knew it he had his cradle locked up tight and his opponent had no idea what hit them.
