This is a dangerous match for Metcalf - and he knows it. metcalf is much improved over last year - very difficult to get a takedown on him. If Caldwell can't get him early - it will be tough to beat Metcalf. Really looking forward to this match along with Donohoe - Nickerson.
Ive watched this man play basketball, football, and wrestle for years since hes was competing in the Rahway rec leagues. Hes probably the best all around athlete ive witnessed. When he is focused, the sky is the limit for the guy. Good luck D.C..get em'!!

listen darrion caldwell pinned a senior in state finals as a sophmore in rahway hig school now he's in the NCAA finals against the top nation best he pinned metcalf last time so im not suprise if history repeats itself and im finish enouught said people.
There is a fitness test that is used to gain perspective on an athletes conditioning status...i cannot say what its called but it combines all aspects of conditioning and based on your time intervals it gives you a number

Honestly, nobody is unbeatable. This could be a very exciting match but I just don't think Caldwell will have the gas tank. Metcalf is as close to as a machine as it gets.
Everyone keep saying he got lucky....blah blah blah!! He splaydled Metcalf, anyone see what move he pinned grajales with like 3 matches ago? It's on Flow. That pin was NO fluke. I'm not saying it'll happen again but you bet I'll be rootin' for him.
i know some people may think that caldwell getting teched is a sign of whats to come but believe me that match means very little at this point. he's the type of kid who can be tech falled one day and come back and pin you the next. confidence is always through the roof and he is DANGEROUS. he got lucky against metcalf the first time? when you pin some of the best wrestlers in the nation like he did to palmer and saddoris earlier this year its not called luck, its a HABIT. both wrestlers will be a little nervous but neither one of them is scared
