Kenny Monday goes through how he was able to gain the mind set so he could defeat Dave Schultz but also how Dave Schultz lifted him up and raise his level of wrestling

Bio:	Kenny Monday was one of America's best wrestlers. In High School he was a phenom and went undefeated (from grades 7-12). In High School he was a phenom and went undefeated (from grades 7-12). He decided to go to Oklahoma State for college where he was coached by Tommy Chesbrow. By his senior year he was a national champion but always knew his ultimate goal was a gold medal. He had to go through one of the most legendary wrestlers just to make the Olympic Team, Dave Schultz. He did so and became the 1988 Gold Medalist.
